Note : the experiment types of expression data are consist of Next generation sequencing(RNA-seq) and Microarray(including GPL570 platform and Non-GPL570 platforms). The GPL570 is manufactured by Affymetrix, which has complete coverage of the Human Genome U133 Set plus 6,500 additional genes for analysis of over 47,000 transcripts. The rows show the gene symbols and columns represent the tumor patients.
